4age Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 4age platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 4age platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other available channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4age as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use any services offered by 4age. Our platform bears no responsibility for use by individuals who do not meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4age platform. Registering more than one account — whether using different personal details, different devices, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 4age reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and failure to provide the requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4age encourages the use of strong, unique passwords. We will never ask for your password via email, text message, or phone call. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

By using the 4age platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other unfair method to gain an illegitimate advantage in any game or bet.
  • Engaging in any activity intended to unlawfully manipulate game outcomes or deceive other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party without prior written consent from 4age.
  • Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance linked to the violating activity, and legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4age platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are from a legitimate source and in your own name.

Accepted payment methods include TNG, FPX, and online bank transfers through supported local Malaysian banks. 4age does not accept cash deposits or payments made through unauthorised third parties.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and policies set by the platform. 4age reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for transactions that exceed certain thresholds or display unusual patterns.

Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Failing to meet these wagering requirements before making a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for full details.

4age is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your payment service provider or financial institution.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

4age reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or platform abuse.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance linked to the violating activity may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to our dormant account policy. Users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken on an inactive account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4age shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, business disruption, or data loss. 4age's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content on the 4age platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 4age or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 4age platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement or validation of those websites' content. 4age is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.

4age reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
